The Head Coach of the Super Falcons of Nigeria, Randy Waldrum has admitted that he wants to remain as the coach of the nine-term African champions.
While speaking during his post-match conference shortly after Nigeria lost to England in the Round of 16 at the ongoing tournament, the American coach said it’s no longer in his hands to determine his future.
“I am proud of my team. I want to stay with this team and continue working towards the Olympics. But that is not a matter for me to decide,” Waldrum noted.
It will be recalled that the NFF had said the future of the Super Falcons gaffer will be decided at the end of the tournament after a series of crises in the build-up to the tournament.
