The game saw the two teams tied at 18-18 at the end of the first quarter before the Nigerian side moved ahead with a 25-15 win in the second quarter of the match.

Nigeria’s D’Tigers increased their lead in the third quarter winning 15-13 before wrapping things up in the final quarter 15-8.
