The Patron of Rivers State Football Coaches Association, Mr. Halim Zaccah Adebola has congratulated the management, coaches, and players of Rivers United Football Club for their qualification to the quarter finals of the Confederation Cup after a resounding victory over Dreams FC of Ghana on Sunday in Uyo.
Mr. Zaccah Adebola, who is also the vice chairman of the Rivers State Teqball Association, heartily congratulates the Hon Commissioner for Sports in Rivers State, Barr Christopher Green for his role in steering the team to victory, just days after Rivers United Feeders team emerged Champions of the NPFL Under 17 Youth League Tournament.
As the only Remaining Nigeria team on the Continent, Mr. Zaccah charged Rivers United Football Club to bring the elusive CAF Confederation Cup trophy to Nigeria.
