Super Eagles Drop Two Places In Latest FIFA Ranking

The Super Eagles of Nigeria dropped to 30th position from the previous 28th position in the latest FIFA ranking for the month of April but retained its position as the 3rd best team in Africa.

Nigeria played two games against the Black Stars of Ghana and the Eagles of Mali.

The three-time African champions recorded a 2-1 win over Ghana and suffered a 2-0 loss to Mali.

The victory over Ghana counted for little as the latest ranking shows two steps drop for the Super Eagles.
